Mini Pink Custard Desserts

These mini pink custard desserts are the perfect go-to dessert if you’ve been searching for something timeless that can pass for all seasons – Valentine's, Easter, Baby Showers, Birthday Parties, and more!

They are also simpler than they may seem because they are nothing more than a scoop of a super creamy mixture of Cool Whip, cream cheese frosting, and some frozen pink lemonade topped with some grain-free granola.

We absolutely love recipes that “look” gourmet, but were crazy easy to make. WIN WIN!

You can add any topping, but we went with a healthier route - grain free granola, a food made up of seeds, and fruits that, with just a little taste, will provide multiple vitamins and minerals to your body.

How to Make MINI PINK cUSTARD DESSERTS

I pour a can of frozen pink lemonade concentrate into a glass mixing bowl to make these pretty and delicious pink custard desserts.

And then, I add a tub of cream cheese frosting and a tub of Cool Whip and mix them using a hand or stand mixer until the mixture looks thick and smooth.

After that, I set it in the refrigerator for an hour to harden up.

After my creamy pink mixture must have hardened a bit, I scoop some into 5 oz. containers. Lastly, I top it with grain-free granola and enjoy!

MINI PINK CUSTARD DESSERTS tips & tricks

  • Play around with the toppings. Depending on the occasion, don’t be afraid to change up the toppings!

  • Presentation Options. You could easily pour this into mini pie crusts for mini no bake pies, or pour the entire mixture into a casserole dish and decorate the top with fresh fruit for a more “pot luck” vibe.
